AUX NOVA Job Portal – Custom Recruitment Platform

The AUX NOVA job portal is a custom recruitment platform for AUX NOVA Recruiting, connecting job seekers with employers across Austria, Germany and Italy. AUX NOVA places staff in hospitality, housekeeping, kitchen, service and healthcare roles, many of them seasonal, so the platform needed to make finding and applying for the right job quick and simple, on any device.

I designed and built the portal as a custom Laravel Livewire system rather than a template or off-the-shelf job board plugin. That gave AUX NOVA exactly the features and workflow they need, a fast and lightweight front end, and a platform that can grow with the business.

What the platform does

Candidates can search by job title, keyword or company and by city or country, browse the latest openings and open detailed job pages. Each listing shows the location, salary range and shift type (for example split or rotating shifts), so applicants can quickly see whether a role fits them. Candidates can register, log in and save jobs, and the site includes a notices section for seasonal hiring announcements, plus a language switcher for an international audience.

Because it's built with Livewire, search and interactions feel smooth and responsive without the weight of a large JavaScript framework.
